I think his discussion of energy storage is fascinating. One thing is, take the worn-out battery out of your electric car and keep using it for other purposes quite a while. Then when it plays out entirely, take out the lithium for recycling. And then there are, of all things, flywheels. And balloons full of compressed air. My gosh. It’s endless. Molten salt. Giant hot water bottles!
