THE REGATEC 2023 REGISTRATION IS OPEN

The conference fees as shown in the table will be charged. Student verification has to be shown upon request. The poster presenter fee is only valid for accepted posters, see Posters for more information.

REGISTRATION

The conference fee includes (physical participation)
-full access to the presentations
-full access to the poster session
-full access to the exhibition
-Network Plus (deadline 31 March), unless you decline it
-lunches and coffee/tea in the breaks, 15^th and 16^th of May 2023
-the conference dinner on the 15^th of May
-a printed copy of the ISBN numbered conference proceedings
-a printed copy of the participant list

Network Plus (Deadline 31^st of March 2023)
When you register you have the option to sign up for Network Plus which is short (5-8 minutes) scheduled B2B meetings during one hour on the 15^th of May as a voluntary add-on for matchmaking between the REGATEC participants. Please fill in what services you offer, what you look for, and your personal background. Keep it short! This information together with your name and affiliation will be circulated among all who has signed up for Network Plus. The list will be sent after the registration deadline and here you can choose 5-6 people you want to talk to. If you don’t choose enough people, the Network Plus team will set you up with people who match your profile and what you look for (a sort of blind dating).

Visa invitation letter
Upon request an invitation letter may be issued to accompany your visa application to attend the conference. The invitation letter will be sent after the participant has been registered and the registration fee has been received. This is not a commitment to provide any kind of financial support.

Personal data processing
The requested personal data will be used to compile the participant list distributed to the conference delegates. No data will be disclosed to anyone outside the conference.

Cancellation conditions
The conference fee minus administrative costs (8.62%) are refunded if the cancellation is notified to info@regatec.org before 31^st of March 2023. After 31^st of March 2023 we regret that no refund is possible. In case the conference is cancelled 80% of the conference fee will be refunded.

Room reservation
All delegates, including the speakers giving oral presentations, are responsible for booking their own accommodation. For more information about hotels go to venue in the menu.
