Apparently Angela Merkel has offered to take in a lot of Afghan refugees, even after she took in a million people from the Syrian war a while back. I wonder how they are doing now. There was quite a backlash against her generosity at the time, but maybe if the refugees are settling in nicely, it will calm now the opposition.
