The entire global financial system simply goes “poof”! Oh. lord. That could happen. That probably WILL happen one day, unless there are precuations taken. So how do you prevent that? It would not take a nuclear war to destroy civilization. Just “poof”! I bet the Taliban would love that weapon, since they don’t like moderne technology.
