Kalypso Nicolaidis is a professor now in Florence at the only “European University” where she has initiated “Democratic Odyssey,” which has held a real European citizens assembly for a year, meeting in Athens, Vienna, and Florence. The group proposes a citizens assembly with real authority inside the E.U itself.
